I have a background in multi-family housing through my work at several leading firms. This housing project for Michael Willis Architects provides 92 units of 2 & 3 story affordable townhouse apartments and a child day care center. The project employed principles of "New Urbanism" with the master plan reinforcing the existing street pattern, and housing clusters surrounded by a variety of open spaces for the general public, semi-private spaces, and individual private yards or decks.
