Salvaged and reused lumber from deck for new sunshades to reduce overheating of spaces.
25% recycled fly ash incorporated into concrete slab mix.
Installation of breathable corrugated housewrap under stucco, to serve as a drainage plane. This combats mold and is part of a vapor permeable wall system.
Faucets and shower heads are low flow.

All windows and skylights are Energy Star, Low E II double glazed, wood frame.
New heating ducts are insulated, sealed with mastic, and inspected, balanced and tested for air leakage.
